Afternoon/evening coverage needed. Saturday morning and early morning availability for potential sub coverage, not necessary though. Personal training also a potential add on to group class hours.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver a consistent product of excellence to members and guests.
- Warm up classes, explain workout format, including demonstrations, progressions and regressions of each exercise.
- Supervise and teach technique, provide variations, motivate and encourage clients during workout session.
- Lead cool-down of various stretches.
- Promote and advocate Iron Bond Fitness brand and establish strong relationships to grow client base.
